At this time, we have created virtual work environments for all Customer Support, Graphic Design and Web Design staff and those services will be fulfilled remotely. All orders placed via regular phone and email channels will continue to be fulfilled in as close to a business as usual manner as possible. Photographers, videographers, measurement techs and stagers will continue to service requests, following strict contact, sterilization and distancing restrictions. Should safety become a concern, additional measures including rescheduling or cancelling appointments will be followed. At this time we are asking our customers to please have their properties in ready-to-shoot condition at the time of our arrival.

We also ask that occupancy of the property be limited to a single person providing access, wherever possible. Print production will continue to operate at our Walnut Grove facility. Shipping options will be restricted to outside pickup or the regular courier services we offer. The office will be closed to the public until further notice.
